Who owns what

The site’s content, design, code, text, graphics, calculators, animations and guides are owned by or licensed to CANDAI. The names NRG+™ and Trusted by CANDAI™ are used by CANDAI as trade marks. No trade mark is registered yet, which is why we use ™ and not ®.

What you may do

View and print pages for your own personal use, for example your retrofit plan.
Link to any page, and share your private plan link with people you trust.
Quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link back to the page.

What you may not do without our written permission

Copy, scrape, mirror, republish, resell or build a dataset from the site or its content.
Reuse our text, design, code, graphics or animations, or use the names NRG+ or Trusted by CANDAI, or anything confusingly similar, for a business, product or domain.
Suggest that CANDAI endorses a firm or product when it does not.

To ask permission, email sales@candai.co.uk and say what you would like to use and why.

Photos you upload

Your photos stay yours. You give CANDAI a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, view and process them only to provide the service, as described in our terms and privacy notice. Only upload photos you took yourself or have the right to share.

Other people’s names, logos and data

Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Energy certificate information comes from the public GOV.UK register. Map tiles and data are © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence. The Leaflet map library is © its authors under the BSD-2-Clause licence.

Reporting infringement

If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, trade mark or other rights, email sales@candai.co.uk with the page address, what you believe is infringing, and how you own or represent the rights. We will look at it promptly and reply.
