For tradespeople
Homeowners choose their upgrades, then we introduce them to one vetted, verified firm. Each enquiry goes to a single firm: no shared leads and no bidding against a list of competitors.
How it works for you
- One firm per enquiry. When we match you, you are the only firm that receives that enquiry.
- Homeowners come to us. We never contact people from the EPC register. A homeowner is introduced to you only after they have ticked a consent box naming this process.
- Commercial terms are agreed with you in writing before you take any work.
What a firm must have recorded before it can receive enquiries
- Company number matched to its Companies House record
- Insurance seen
- A relevant accreditation seen for the work you do, such as TrustMark, MCS or PAS 2035 where they apply
- Reviews checked: top reviews are required. At the moment we ask for at least 4.7 stars across at least 50 reviews on a public review site (these thresholds may change)
- The postcode areas you cover and the upgrades you offer
Applying does not make you a vetted firm, and being on our list does not guarantee any volume of work. A firm that stops meeting the checks can be suspended and then receives no enquiries. Among eligible firms covering a customer’s postcode and upgrades, we route to the highest-rated match.
